Mrs. Jill’s Room- Wednesday, April 22, 2015

Today, the both classes celebrated Earth Day! During morning meeting we all discussed the three R’s of Earth Day, which are recycle, reduce, and reuse. Then, with Miss. The Pre-K children created our planet Earth using special water color paints. The Kindergarten students looked at the world map on our classroom wall. While looking at the map the students figured out, that our planet Earth is made up of more water than land.
Mrs. Jill also worked with the Pre-K children on their evaluations this morning and afternoon. Before lunch, both classes went out front to clean up our Earth of trash and sticks. Finically we all went on a long walk around our neighborhood.

Permission slips are due back Tuesdy!
