Today in the 123s we began our day by swimming.

Once we finished swimming we split into groups. Miss. Nicole did project with the 123s. For our project today we made crabs. Miss Nicole asked the kids if they have ever seen a crab before and if they knew how many legs they had. We discussed how their shell protects them from any predators that may try to eat them! Miss. Nicole brought in a surprise for the kids today! TWO HERMIT CRABS! We watched them climb up their cages and let them walk around on the floor for a little while before lunch! Later in the afternoon we will act out crab like movements and have a crab walk race!

For lunch today we had chicken or cheese quesadillas, bananas, peppers, olives, apples, corn, and Tostitos roll up chips!
