Today in the 123 class we discussed Police officers. We began our discussion by recalling the police office (Alana from PreK’s mom) who came to visit with her police Car. Our friends have a pretty good understand of a police officer’s job duties. We read a story called “My Lost Teddy” and discussed the police officers role in the story. When we were finished we used paper templetes of police officers and cars numbered 1-10. We each took turns to make the cars to each police officer. We also make a fingerprint book with fingerprints on each page up to the number 5. When we were finished we played “Red Light Green Light”. For our project today we made a traffic light with red, yellow and green lights. We discussed what each color represented as we placed them on ore drawn circles. Have a good night!
