Listed below are the fees and tuition rates for the 2018-2019 school year (September to August).  Once your child is enrolled, we guarantee that your tuition rates WILL NEVER INCREASE for as long as your child attends Camelot! (4 month minimum attendance requirement)

Multiple children are eligible for a 15% family discount.  All children must at least attend 3 full days or 3 half days in order to qualify for this discount.

Registration fee: $75.00 (Annual)

Full day (all classes):

  • 5 Days…$ 1,100.00
  • 4 Days…$  1012.00
  • 3 Days…$  792.00

Half-day with lunch:

  • 5 Days…$ 771.00
  • 4 Days…$ 700.00
  • 3 Days…$ 554.00

Half-day without lunch:

  • 5 Days…$ 699.00
  • 4 Days…$ 647.00
  • 3 Days…$ 515.00

Extra time:

  • Full day: $ 70.00
  • Half day with lunch: $ 49.00
  • Half day without lunch: $ 45.00
  • Extra lunch: $ 10.00

Kindergarten:

  • 5 Days…Please inquire regarding pricing
  • Additional 1/2 day (morning or afternoon session w/o lunch) in the event that public school is closed $45.00 per day

Kindergarten is 7:00-12:30; afternoon enrichment is 12:00-6:00 and includes lunch.

Policies (In Brief):

  • REFER TO THE TUITION PAYMENT AGREEMENT FOR A COMPREHENSIVE STATEMENT OF OUR POLICIES.
  • Tuition is due the first day of the month that your child attends school.
  • Tuition is monthly. We generally do not give credits for partial attendance during the month. We will consider reduced tuition if notice is given prior to the 15th of the preceding month. In this case, students will be billed at the Extra Time Rate and this will be due the first of the month; attendance must be reserved in advance. The minimum monthly charge for attendance during any month is $200.
  • If tuition is not received or is not available for deposit by the 10th of the month, we will charge a $25 additional tuition fee.
  • Past due tuition will incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
  • Returned checks will incur a $30 fee. Stop Payments will incur a $50 fee.
  • We cannot swap days for part-time attendees. If you need your child to attend on a non-scheduled day, please verify with us beforehand that it is okay. This will be billed as extra time.
  • Children must be picked up by 6:00pm. For time after 6:00, we will charge $10 for up to the first 5 minutes and $0.50 per minute thereafter.
