Lunch Menu for September

Fresh vegetables will be served from the Galli’s garden all summer. Vegetables include corn, tomatoes, carrots, snow peas, cucumber, Roma beans, and peppers.

9/3-9/7

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: Pasta in red or earth balance vegan butter sauce, turkey sausage meatballs, corn, carrots, oranges, and apples

Wednesday: Sandwiches choices including Galli meat and Galli jam, cheese, and peanut butter, veggie straws, Galli pickles, bananas, peaches, yogurt, carrots, and hummus

Thursday: Breakfast for lunch including scrambled Galli eggs, Galli turkey sausage, pancakes, berries, yogurt, orange juice, hash browns, and peppers

Friday: Chicken nuggets and homemade mashed potatoes, corn, apples, mandarin oranges, cheese sticks and raisins

9/10-9/14

Monday: Macaroni and Cheese, broccoli, carrots, apples, peaches and veggie straws

Tuesday:  Fish sticks, tater tots, cucumber, carrot sticks, apples, peaches and avocados

Wednesday: Sandwiches ( Galli Turkey, cheese or peanut butter and jelly with Galli farm jam) veggie straws, cucumber, carrots,  apples, Galli pickles, yogurt and peaches

Thursday: Orzo and chicken, corn, peas, carrots, pears, grapes and Greek yogurt, and raisins

Friday: Home made mini pizzas, carrots, cucumber, fruit salad, and pepperoni

9/17-9/21

Monday: Chicken and cheese Quesadillas, rice, corn, peppers, peaches and pineapple

Tuesday: Meatball sandwiches, Hawaiian rolls, Greek yogurt, broccoli, Galli pickles, olives, apples and bananas

Wednesday: Sandwich choice of Galli sliced turkey, cheese or peanut butter and jelly with Galli farm jam, veggie straws, Galli cucumber, carrots, apples, pickles, yogurt and bananas

Thursday: Galli turkey kielbasa, mashed potatoes with cauliflower, broccoli, apples, pears and home made rolls

Friday: Pasta, meatballs, garlic bread, lima beans, cucumber, apples and bananas

9/24-9/28

Monday: Home made pizza, pepperoni, lima beans, chopped salad, apples and pineapple

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese, turkey sausage meatballs, corn, carrots, oranges, and apples

Wednesday: Sandwiches choices including Galli meat and Galli jam, cheese, and peanut butter, veggie straws, Galli pickles, bananas, peaches, yogurt, carrots, and hummus
