Today is national bean day! To celebrate, we made bean name mosaics. Everyone’s name was written on a piece of paper and our friends were asked to find the paper with their name on it, they then used dried beans to outline each letter of their name. We made a list of words that begin with the letter C and read “My C Book”. We also enjoyed working in groups to complete puzzles. For lunch we had sandwiches, veggie sticks, apples and bananas.
