This morning with Miss Cara we read “My Leaf Book”. We learned that leaves come in all different sizes, shapes and colors depending on the type of tree they grown on. We learned a fingerplay called “Five Little Turkeys”. We discussed how to write the letter Jj and used the dry erase boards to practice writing it. For our project we made turkeys and learned that turkeys starts with the letter T. With Miss Nicole the children ate snack and worked on identifying pictures that begin with J. With Miss Abbie the children worked on reviewing the letters of their names and tracing and/or writing them. Have a great evening!
