We had a very busy morning today. During circle time we read “When The Leaf Blew In” by Steve Metzger. We said a scarecrow rhyme called “I’m A Little Scarecrow” and had fun doing a movement activity called “Scarecrow, scarecrow action rhyme”. We reviewed the proper way to form the letter F and added to our list of words that start with F. For our project we made scarecrow using construction paper, buttons and yellow strips of paper for the hay. We used sunflower seeds to make our letter F. With Ms. Asim we completed a letter F worksheet where we were asked to color the pictures that start with F. We also practiced tracing our names. For lunch we hand sandwiches, veggie sticks, bananas and apples. Have a great evening!
