Today we began our alphabet introduction. We introduced the letter Aa and will be working on recognizing and tracing it throughout the week. We will also be learning about apples this week. During circle time we read “Apples, Apples, Apples”. We discussed that Apple begins with the letter Aa and that they can be red, yellow or green. We also discussed that when we trace or write a letter we always begin at the top. With Miss Cara we used our choice or red, yellow or green torn pieces tissue paper to decorate our apple. We also completed an apple and worn line tracing worksheet. With Miss Nicole we had snack and completed a letter Aa tracing worksheet. With Miss Abbie we reviewed the letters of our name and practiced tracing them. Have a
