Mrs. Denise’s Group – We read “Clifford Sees America” by Norman Bridwell.  The children were introduced to landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore, and Old Faithful as Clifford took Emily Elizabeth and her family on a trip across the country.  We also used dry erase pockets to practice forming “A” and “a”.  Are you ready for the first day of autumn tomorrow?

Ms. Jessica’s Group – The students learned “Om” and how to focus on the vibrations felt throughout the room when they make the sound together.  They then went through the first yoga sequence that they learned last week.

Ms- Erin’s Group – The children had snack and then colored aquariums and added fish stickers.

We also played outside and voted on an accessory for our aquarium. We learned the brain game “categories” where we tried colors, foods, and sports.  Remember, homework folders are due tomorrow and book orders are due by tonight!
