Today, the children had a great time playing with our class pet Chelsea aka… Hammie. They watched him run around the classroom in his blue ball. Some of the children tried to catch him, however she was too fast.

Next, the children had a discussion about their graduations day.  Graduation will be on Friday, June 12th at 4:00 pm. Be on the lookout soon for your official invitation.

During groups, each child filled a plastic cup with potting soil and flower seeds. throughout the next couple of weeks the children will be taking care of their cup daily. Eventually they will see the type of flower they planted.

The the other group talked about the parts of a flower and what makes flowers and plants grow. They also practiced writing letters.
