Mrs. Denise’s Group – Today, we read a book titled “Who Am I?”.  The children had to try to figure out the mystery animal based on the clues provided in the text.  Then, we discussed rhyming words.  Finally, some students that showed interest were introduced to their first word family (_AT).  All students will be exposed to this soon.  We also practiced writing upper and lower case I.

Miss Erin’s Group – The students created inchworms and named them.

Miss Abbie’s group – Snack was provided and then the children practiced writing numbers 1-9 using a variety of materials.

Before lunch, Miss Jessica came in for music class.
