We still have children and Mrs. Denise out with the flu.  I spoke with the Township Health Nurse and she confirmed with me that there is a serious flu outbreak in Mercer County and that the strain most prevalent is not the one that the flu shot prevents. She did say that the flu shot still helps with the severity of flu regardless. Please remember All children must not return to school until they have been fever free for 24 hours to reduce the risk of re-infection or relapse and the further sped if still contagious.

Miss Jessica worked with everyone on their telephone numbers and Miss Abbie reviewed the number 11 and did beading. We did gymnastics with Mrs. Susan. We also met our new substitute Jenna Moschella, she will be helping Mrs. Susan with gymnastics and substituting for any teachers that are out sick.  Jenna is a recent graduate of Rider University with a degree in Theater and a degree in Communications and the girlfriend of Mr. Nick. She was also recently in White Christmas at the Kelsey Theater.
