Today we introduced our theme for the week, Halloween and our letter of the week, letter G. During circle time we read “Pumpkin Countdown”. We discussed how pumpkins grown and that they start off from a seed. We also enjoyed doing a counting finger play called “5 Little Pumpkins”. We decorated pumpkins for our project using cut up pieces of construction paper and tissue paper. We also completed a letter G tracing worksheet. For lunch we had rolls with lunch meat, cheese sticks, veggie sticks, pickles, olives, cucumbers, bananas and apples. Have a great night!
