I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! This morning we spoke about what we did for Thsnksgiving. With Miss Cara we introduced letter Kk and began making a list of words that start with K. We discussed what transportation is and the different modes of transportation. Today we focused on boats, we learned that boat begins with the letter B. We discussed the different parts of a boat, the anchor, sail, captain, life jacket and more! We made paper plate boats using tissue paper straws and triangles for the sail. We enjoyed reading “Sailing Off to Sleep” and singing “Row, Row, Row Your Boat”. With Miss Nicole the children ate snack and made a card for Mrs Susan’s birthday! With Miss Abbie the children worked on tracing the letter Kk. Have a great night!
