This morning with Miss Cara we introduced letter “Ll”. We practiced tracing the letter Ll, upper and lower case. We made a big L with our fingers and also used Lincoln logs to make it. We talked about dreidels and what they are, we got to look at dreidels and practice spinning them. We also learned a song called 5 little dreidels. During circle time we reviewed calendar,
read “Spin the Dreidel” and “Hoppy Hanukkah!”. We also enjoyed practicing holiday songs for Fridays, Carols by Flashlight. With Miss Lauren the children ate snack and made dreidels for their project. The children used scissors to cut out the dreidels and then used tissue paper and glitter to decorate them.
