Today in the 123’s we discussed our long holiday weekends. A lot of friends had eventful weekends they wanted to share stories with us. When we split into groups we read “chicka chicka boom boom” and discussed the story. Our friends worked to go on letter searches around the room and identified which letters were in our own names. We also discussed being kind to our friends as we have been struggling with keeping our hands to ourselves. We played a game called “Muffins” which we had to work together in pairs of 2 to find matches for the muffins. After each group completed the task they passed them onto the next group.
