Mrs. Denise’s Group – Today, we started using Fundations sound cards in conjunction with sign language to reinforce our letter sounds.  It was SO exciting to do “kindergarten work”!  We then read “The Littlest Dinosaur” and talked about how the two outcasts became friends.  We tried some rubber pencil grippers today to help with proper pencil grip.  Tomorrow, we will try triangular pencils and see which preferences each student develops.

Ms. Erin’s Group – The students made paper plate dinosaurs.  They may be drying until tomorrow.

Ms. Abbie’s Group – Students had snack and worked with counting to and writing the number 4.  They also learned to play the card game Uno!

During mini group time, the students had music with Ms. Jessica.
