In the morning, we decorated and folded paper airplanes with Miss Jackie. After we were all finished, we had a paper airplane throwing contest outside. We also read Miss Jackie’s favorite, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” With Mrs. Lanigan we created a birthday card for Miss Jenna out of finger prints that were made into balloons. With Miss Erin we drew with chalk and played hopscotch outside. We celebrated Miss Jenna’s birthday today with ice pops in the afternoon. Overall, it was a very busy day! We added some new outside games to the list, such as Hot Lava and Pineapple, as well as played some old favorites, like Mr. Fox and Hide and Seek Tag.  Don’t forget that Thursday will be a water play day and children should bring a bathing suit, towel, and any water blasters that they want to play with.
